That's a lot of money. Once you charge these do you need to keep them plugged in so they don't self drain?

Also refurbish does it mean it may not have 100% capacity ?

I have one from last thanksgiving. Stores in garage. Hasn't been plugged in for more than 2 months and doesn't lose any change.

Charges up to 100%

I got a better deal at $1500 include free eco mini just as a reference point.

Thanks for the suggestion but i'll just pass for now, this is why SD needs to have a way to combine these deals for same product so people don't ask the same questions over and over, but I guess that helps drive traffic so anyway. I won't gamble with $1600 on refurb, perhaps $700 3-source Firman 7500W generator from Costco will be a better deal. Louder but better. However the problem is you can't keep gasoline around for long before it starts degrading, and you also need to have a propane tank ready in case of blackout unless you can hardwire to gas.

The new model Delta Pro 3 is coming next week. It's going to replace this model.

Pro 3? Is there a pro 2 I didn't know about? (yes I am aware of the Ultra, but that wasn't a pro 2 and in a different league compared to this)

If you bite do test these out extensively. Had an issue with my first unit where it died around 35% SOC - wouldn't power etc / EcoFlow had me schedule hazmat pickup with fedex for the RMA exchange and the replacement unit has been solid so far.

FWIW, high summer temps / low winter temps in the garage aren't great for LFP battery longevity - better to store them inside in a more temperature (and humidity) controlled environment, if possible.

Yep. Supposed to have 240V split-phase too with just one unit, which is a nice & welcome addition. It's not going to be anywhere near this price though. Edit: It's also supposed to be a very quiet unit with loads under 2000W. One of the complaints I have about my Delta 2 is that the fans are OBNOXIOUS at basically any load or charging rate over 400W.

Yeah they just skipped the Pro 2. I'm expecting it to be $2500-3k range. If the Pro 1 was quiet I'd scoop it up because I want to off grid an office shed.

These units qualify for 30% clean energy tax rebate so an easy buy for me. My question is if I buy the extra batteries for these that cost around the same price will they also qualify? I use 2 of these to power my Barrel sauna with double voltage hub. all powered by 400 W solar panels I sourced locally on Facebook Marketplace for cheap

I was under the impression that refurbished units don't qualify. I swear I read that on the IRS website
