i am in the NYC metro area and there is another competitor (PC Richards) that has the same price for the 65" model. the 55" is a little higher at $229.

I posted this as well but as it became a frontpage deal, it got taken down. You can ask for a price match. They will bring it down to $199. I did it. Also 75 model for $399.

60HZ makes it a hard pass for me.

There a lot of 50ish inch TVs with 60HZ around the same price range

Late 2020 was the bottom of the tv market. 65 to 70" for around $300.
Maybe we're getting back to that level this year.
