I use these in my Canon R5. I use multiple 128 cards ( this brand) and prefer not to have them all on one card. Do not shoot much video, though.

I use these in a Canon R5 and do not do a lot of video. That that I have done doesn't heat up the card. I wonder if it is card or camera-specific? Have you ever tried another brand of card to see if it is the same issue
