Imagine going 70 miles on this thing. Your poor perineum.

The catch?
Bike Weight: 69.88lbs
I bought 2 similar front-suspension bikes of this brand in a different deal:
https://slickdeals.net/f/17340000-engwe-ep-2-pro-folding-fat-tire-electric-bike-w-48v-13ah-battery-3-colors-629-30-free-shipping
The bikes have been great. The only complaint I have is that the bikes are very heavy.
The full suspension models are even heavier.

Do you mean for a child or an adult? If an adult, almost certainly not.

Watch your front fender, mine broke, wrapped around the front wheel, sent me flying, and I'll be in a sling for 3+ weeks. Could've been a lot worse and I'm glad I was wearing a full face helmet.

Might want to swap the stay bolts with 10 lb zip ties so when Engwe's shitty mount gives out, your bike doesn't try to kill you.

Good fenders have an emergency break-away to prevent this, Engwe's fenders are dangerously shitty.

To any owners out there I recommend removing the front fender or at least replacing the stay bolts with zip ties that break relatively easily (~10-20 lbs maybe).

The catch is, when the battery dies you will have a very heavy piece of waste metal to dispose of. Reality trumps optimism every time.

This is why when it matters, like airplanes, pilots do a walk around and check everything. Going down a list and verifying it lets you spot something loose before you get off the ground. I guess when your going full tilt and the asphalt is going by you almost 30mph it really matters if something comes loose and you go down. Maybe going through a checklist and checking everything around your ebike might be a good ritual. Find those loose things, before it really matters.

This is one reason, among many, why many bike shops won't work on off-brand ebikes. Even if the shop only replaced an innertube, the lawyers will still try to hold them liable for something else breaking on these cheap Chinese bikes and injuring their clients.
