Costco by us is the craziest busiest place (Yonkers, NY)... just thinking of driving in that direction gives me anxiety. I'd rather go with the somewhat unimaginative selection at Sam's Club instead with their much easier app-based shopping experience.

Not sure if it's a good sign or not, but my membership expired in June. I just did this ign up with a different email address and the .01 discount showed when I applied the code at checkout.

Has anyone tried getting this adjusted after recently renewing? I was at checkout and had to. Technically won't they just refund the money for membership cancelation and you can then go through the process for this?

Pare the items I am going to get. I go on the apps BJs and Costco. I find that BJs is always cheaper for the same items and then they have digital coupons to use!

Called Costco membership, agent was NOT able to confirm SLICK24 promocode for $40 shopcard. But she said there is $20 shopcard! I then asked to confirm if Stack Social is valid for $40 shopcard on goldstar membership and she said YES. Membership via stack social is ongoing deal! I am not using this one. Going with stack social. You can call costco membership and verify it yourself as well!

Why is everyone getting worried that the sign up bonuses didn't show up via email right away? Based on previous data points it is clear that it takes a few days (up to 2 weeks per the fine print) for them to show up - I think we all need to wait! I fully acknowledge many of them seemed to have gotten burnt in the past and if that happens cancel/get a full refund - what am I missing?
