Called ATT earlier this week to complain about a $5 per month increase in my bill - to $65.78. It appears that the price was raised by $5, at the same time as a $10 discount for Autopay from a bank account, currently $5 for a credit card. I changed the method of payment, but the bill did not change, so I called to resolve. The regular billing CSR resolved the issue, then offered me an additional 20% discount, plus a $100 Visa debit card - no contracts or commitments.

$75 per month for Internet 500
$20 discount for wireless
$10 equipment fee

New:
Additional 20% discount
