at least they did last year when i did it.
2 of the phones, Fold 5 and S23 ultra, couldn't be unlocked of their system glitch.
So there are quiet a lot of their phones not going to be unlocked eventho they tell you it's been unlocked.
Even their tier 3 tech support sometimes can't even unlock them.
I am stuck with Fold 5, and I don't think the new Fold 6 is worth 500+ after trading in my phone.
Only improved things are : brighter screen, screen ratio, lighter in weight, better processor.
and the spectrum's trade in value for the fold is very awful.
I am on a T-Mobile phone plan which I cannot port my number out. I assume if I pay in full the Fold, I still need to keep the Spectrum Mobile line open for 60 days before I can use my T-mobile number on it? My plan if that is the case is to use my Apple Watch for calls/texts until I can port my Tmobile line to the Fold and cancel my Spectrum Line. Or please let me know if there is a better way. Thanks!

This year , many people wont buy these at all . previous years , people got this as part of trade-ins , now that trade-ins are meh , Samsung will find it difficult to move these . I expect heavy discounts after few months .
