They can keep 50% of the return value if they offer free returns it even removes negative feedback you left. Even if you opened case for shipping damage or not as described. You have fight ebay support for other 50% i had this issue with a fake phone battery

I ordered a 75" Sony 90L for my parents from this company.

Showed up damaged. Refused delivery. Took about 2.5 weeks of waiting for me to get the money back despite me never even taking possession of it.

Eventually got the refund but I don't wanna deal with them again.
