and the number i got only tells me to to to xbox.com/refund and that does nothing.
Got mine without a stand today. I order within an hour of the posting going live. and they are still showing it come with the stand on there Microsoft page.

Since I had used gift card balance for most of the order, they refunded there. Now, I gotta figure out what to spend it on.
