Chicago Knife Works has it for $13.79, both clamshell and boxed. (SKUs KS1225 and KS1225X) Shipping is only a little over $6 for me so still cheaper, and that's not including the 10% off deal they have right now for new accounts.

Edit: Also at the same price is the Kershaw Fraxion, a slightly lighter smaller knife but it has KVT ball bearings. No carabiner but going to be much better action. (I have the Reverb XL, it's a bit stiff)
