Good price on this. Paid more than double of this price at Costco 4 years ago. However, this is a discontinued model now. No app support anymore since 4 years ago.

You can buy 4d SL track massage chairs from Amazon for less than $2,000 delivered into your home. These are all made in the same factories. Massamax, Easpearl are a couple brands. I bought a massamax a couple weeks ago and really like it. Calf airbags are way too strong so I emailed the company and they are going to send a tech out to make adjustments. Im still in the return period, but love the chair besides that. Company is based out of georgia. Any time there is a human touch road show at Costco I always go to try out chairs and I dont think they are that much better for the additional cost. It's usually $4k, $7k, and $10k. It's been a little while since I went to one but I plan to go to one and compare. I'm very blown away the chair I bought for $1,900 is as nice as it is. Nothing on it is cheap to me. Materials, build quality, it's very quiet, and most importantly it feels good.

Heres why I went this route. Im the type of person that gets bored with things quickly. I was trying to find a nice massage chair that is lightly used on marketplace or Craigslist, but people think their chairs are worth 75% of retail price. Sorry im not paying that much for a chair you sat in and ripped a** in dozens of times. I can pay less for an "off brand" and if I get sick of it then it's not a big loss.

Dont get stuck on brands. They are all made in the same Chinese factories. Go on Alibaba and search "4d sl track massage chairs" and see how much these companies are paying. There is massive markup on the well known brands.

Only in the first few runs. Once you get used to it, it does not hurt much anymore.

The same model as this one was sold under a different brand in other countries. However, there are numerous models made in the same factory that covers a wide range of product. Unless you find one that match perfectly in spec, it is hard to compare different models even they are from the same factory. Anyway, I agree that this one does not worth the original MSRP of $9,999. I doubt it would be the same one as a $2000 model though.

It's not really same massage chair. They may come from same factory but comes with different features. Almost all under $2k massage chairs have crappy foot massage and roller. Massage chairs with better foot modules are the one that you insert your foot from the top(all over $3k). Btw becareful buying massage chairs on Amazon. Alot of them have zero support.

btw have you compared what kind of roller they use? where the heating pads are? heating roller? number of air compressor? number of air cells? calf massage? I bought about 10 different massage chairs none of them had same options.

I've just looked at massmax massage chairs and their lines ups don't even have calf massage. They don't even tell you how many air cells are in the chair. I can clearly tell their chair are low end units.

Just a heads up, you can get additional incentive if you reach out to customer service before you order. Additional discount or a cleaning kit.

Hey you pay more then. The foot roller in mine works great and it was $1,900 inside my house. I dont feel some small features are worth thousands of dollars. I want mine for a back massage and most 4d SL track chairs are all the same. But hey if you need 500 airbags that are all heated and vibrate then go for it.

My amazon chair has great support, it's from amazon. I contacted the company during the return period and they responded very quickly. If they had not I would return it through amazon.
