Seems like a pretty solid deal considering the larger bit kit and free shipping. On sale for $30 pretty much everywhere else. Use coupon code SCORESAVINGS for additional 15% off.

Is the battery replaceable?

Edit found this...
A: Hello, This model uses a built in battery and is not intended to be removed or replaced. Thank you for your inquiry!

...

Now can it be hacked i don't know, but their web site ensures that they intend you to throw this in a landfill far before you are done using a screwdriver. Hate to see it as how much sense would it be to just make it take a normal 18650...

Torque Test Channel included this in their electric screwdriver test [youtube.com] last year. It came in middle of the road (based on $30 purchase price). They found the Denali one from Amazon (~$23) as the hidden gem, outperforming all but the much more expensive DeWalt.

Good for gunsmithing work and pc work? 🪛

It has built-in led lights too! Nice. I'm really considering it right now. 🤔 💭

Eastvolt 4V Cordless Screwdriver - $13.79 - Free shipping for Prime members https://tools.woot.com/offers/eas...source=app

I have the skil and this one. Other than the usb c on the skil, this one is lighter, slimmer, cheaper and has a better light.

This looks solid if you specifically want the slimmer form and usb'c charging. If you don't care and just want something to save your wrist, look for the older pistol like style and buy whatever is cheapest. I use a reconditioned Ryobi one that rotates. No need to worry about battery replacement on these unless you really are trying to spend $40 and baby it forever. Inevitably, you will grab this as your go-to and push it driving fasteners a bit too much. It will still work, it just will worry you that you damaged the motor lol. It's a tool. It's what it is for. After your first oopsie you should have a good idea when to grab the real driver instead of this. It's just too tempting to just use when it's ready on hand. I mean it basically fits anywhere, so it's right at home with the quick small household tool kit/bag or even in the junk drawer. No need to go to your real tools and maybe unpack them depending on your setup. Whatever gets you to family and beer time quicker is tempting.

You can get this one for local pickup at Menards for under $7. Comes with a bit kit to boot, but I recommend just buying a better bit set when they are on sale.

Whatever you do, you won't regret having one on hand. I'm just in the camp that I can buy a cheapo and replace it for free technically when comparing to the pricier options. Normally by that time whatever I am buying for cheap is still way better than the last gen I had.

Great deal, thanks for sharing. This is one of the few that has a 90 degree rotating head, which is super helpful. PEMP thanks for sharing the Torque Test link. It looks like they did a follow up and really liked the Dremel version's ease of use. It's $50, but doesn't have the swivel head. I can see reasons to own both if you need to be in a space-constricted area or want something light and easy to operate.
