The ad is on the ones at the top of the screen in the ad carousel. Go to the very top of the screen using the remote and then press left or right to switch the ads. If you don't see the ad, then try pressing the home button and try scrolling the ads again. YMMV. Sometimes ads are easy to find and other times they are rare or never show up for some.
Update - The ad comes up on the screensaver too.

Off topic - I recently discovered that you can disable the annoying auto-play of ads on the Fire TV too. I was getting sick of the TV blasting the ads as soon as I turned the TV on.
- Go to the Settings menu
- Select Preferences
- Select Featured Content
- Turn off the Allow Video Autoplay option
Note - There was another ad for PNC Bank in the past that expired July 30th. I earned that credit back then and I was able to get this new credit that expires 12/24/24.

Since this is the 2nd PNC ad and Amazon is known for expiring the credit early Just like they did with LazyBoy and Coke.
