The 5G capability isn't good on this phone unless the one I have has something wrong with it. Further, this phone should be free especially for new users.

The Cashback promotion doesn't seem to be showing up for me anymore. It did yesterday, but I had a problem with logging into my Verizon and had to wait to get home to do it.

If I wanted to get these for my kids kids to use as wifi devices , how would I avoid the 35 dollar charge? Could I just call upon delivery and cancel the new line?
