It was MONITORS10 and it's expired now I think. You can try signing up for email updates which I think gets you a 10% off coupon.

They still ship them like this. The plastic it ships with rubs on the coating.

I can't really see it unless it's the right angle, since it's only on the outer edges of the monitor for me.

This is the DW model, not the DWF. The DWF model (currently on sale at Best Buy) has firmware update options, this one does not. That's important because the DW has horribly capped HDR brightness and the DWF update uncaps it.

You can update firmware on the DWs now. They found a way or were allowed to

I went with the LG 34 OLED for $600 the other day. It has not arrived yet. But a less aggressive curve and QD both sound quite nice.

I picked up the LG 39" OLED with the 800R curvature and love it. However, not sure if 34" is too small for that experience. The 800R is quite agrresive and a larger area display makes the immersiveness more appealing. I was also debating between 34 and 39" and glad I went with 39". The PPI is not an issue for me for non gaming content as I sit back 2 feet.
