I bought this last time it was on sale (without the pegboard) and I just installed it with my 85" TCL TV. According to size specs, I'm overdoing it, however, according to weight, I'm well under the max (TV only weighs 66 lbs). Should I be worried that my tv is slightly too big in size according to specs?
I've always been confused by that - when a tv mount says "holds up to 200lbs" but may only say it's for a 40"-65" tv... well if my tv is 110" but only weights 50lbs, why can't I use that mount? Looks like Reddit says that generally the tv size is only on the box to dumb it down for most people, but some tv's might have larger vesa patterns.

The code said it was rejected for me, but when I proceeded a little further it did end up showing 46LS8ZLS:-$32.20

Can I use this outdoors? Do you have to install the peg board?

Damn, I could have used this. Been wanting to mount my TV for a while and I like that it has a peg board with it.

keep us updated. I have a LG 77B2. Just as much of a weird set up.
Overall the install went good. I installed the extra plate on the back of the wall and was going to put my hue sync box and apple tv there but then ended up redoing my cabling and now I no longer need it haha. I'm just going to leave it there though as it doesn't bug me too much. It tilts very slightly left and right and then has a fair amount of til vertically as well if you want to angle the tv. The only part I wasn't a huge fan of is how it locks to the mount from the back of the tv (see pic with red circles) but that was a very mild frustration. I have a 65" OLED on it and it feels secure. It does require a little bit of putting together the mount where the tv connects to it though but overall good. For $27, def a 5/5.

Most TVs now are at least 150, or at least 100x200mm vesa. Only the really small ones like sub 40 inches are 100 VESA which you can't mount on this. I've tried...

Anyways, I would say go by the weight limit of the TV not the size. The size is only for people that doesn't know how heavy things are.
