Just received mine. I ordered a queen and they sent a full. After talking to customer service they said they couldn't send a replacement and I'd either have to keep the full with a partial refund or return it.

My order came from Amazon.
They've made multiple offers for me to keep the full size. First $8 (after I called), then $10, now $20 both via email. They really don't want me to return it and they really don't want to send me the queen size that I ordered.
Edit/update: They sent me a FedEx return label but said if I want the size I ordered, I'd have to return the item and place another order on their site. It's not super difficult for me to do that but kind of unreal. Definitely not ordering another one. Hope everyone else got theirs in the right size and are happy with them

It will take up a significant amount of room, once unpacked, they expand and you will never get it back down to size. You are better off with a camping pad, will be thinner, more firm, more compact, these toppers though they may be 3" thick when laid out, when you apply weight to them they compress very easily
Hell for 30 bucks. Don't be cheap. Just set it on fire. You know in case you get stranded they'll see the black smoke for Miles
