You have to be careful with these. The nails are short. Will not work on dry wall. They will not hold. It always pop out if you are not using it on direct wood or something that will hold the nails. If the nails were 1 inch long it could of gone through the dry wall and hit a stud but the nails are not that long.

Like 10 years ago I got a 100 pack of these to do my home wiring project. But I got them from another Amazon seller, Your Cable Store. The design is pretty much identical as far as I can tell. Anyway, they leave a lot to be desired as far as build quality. I guess if you're just throwing these in the ceiling and they're not gonna move at all, you can't go wrong for 100/$2. But doing another cabling project more recently I went with Gardner Bender for like $6 or $10 and they're much beefier. If I was doing it all over again I would just pay the couple bucks more for GB.

Used something similar for wiring along exposed joists in an unfinished basement. I also used them for 1/4" tubing for a water filter system below the kitchen sink. Works great for both.

If you need even half of the amount here, invest in an insulated cable stapler. I use the Arrow T59; it rarely gets used now, but I am perfectly fine never having to deal with the frustration again.
