You have to be careful with these. The nails are short. Will not work on dry wall. They will not hold. It always pop out if you are not using it on direct wood or something that will hold the nails. If the nails were 1 inch long it could of gone through the dry wall and hit a stud but the nails are not that long.

Anyway, they leave a lot to be desired as far as build quality. I guess if you're just throwing these in the ceiling and they're not gonna move at all, you can't go wrong for 100/$2. But doing another cabling project more recently I went with Gardner Bender for like $6 or $10 and they're much beefier. If I was doing it all over again I would just pay the couple bucks more for GB.

Anyway, they leave a lot to be desired as far as build quality. I guess if you're just throwing these in the ceiling and they're not gonna move at all, you can't go wrong for 100/$2. Actually I'm sorry they're only $6/100. But you can compare the two and see the GB look stronger and they also feel more solid in hand.

well. these are a couple dollars off from retail..so a couple dollars more is back to square one

yeah, I came here to say that also. Ran a cable in garage... the drywall connectors all fell out over time. No biggie, I just used some big staples and secured them manually (cord not pinched)

These are terrible. The nail is so short which causes them to fall out anything you drive them into, including solid wood. Pay a few dollars more for screw-in type clips.

These absolutely suck for most projects no argument there. But for thinner gauge like speaker wire they've been fine for me. Not saying I wouldn't get the bigger ones if I ever did it again though

I got multiple sizes. Size for network cable and coax cable. Though the plastic are bigger the nails aren't that much longer. Sorry, but my experience just don't work with dry wall.

Don't forget, you can use longer nails with these.

Back when people had "entertainment centers", I'd tak these up the back shelves using 1 inch , and hang Velcro to tidy up the wires.

Looked super clean, yet could be serviced without cutting zip ties.
