I have one in my office, it looks okay but not very comfortable. You can feel the wood cross members when you sit on it. Would not buy again.

Yeah after the last serta Walmart deal where the legs were screwed onto a thin piece of plywood held to the frame with one staple, I'm not going to try again.

My couch from them arrived via RL Carriers on a semi (freight) with liftgate . Liftgate alone is usually another $50.
