I haven't seen the film and I don't have a particular stance on it, but I wouldn't trust Rotten Tomatoes on a film like this.

Lots of bad movies have high audience scores, because the audience self-selects for things they already want to see. People who already agree with Matt Walsh are going to see this and like it. People that don't like him are just not seeing it.

On the other side the Critics score is 73% with 11 reviews. Some of those are from people who seem to like the political takes rather than the film making.

Both audience scores and critical reviews can be bought to one degree or another.

I don't care about politics and can't even vote. That movie was very funny. It has no apparent political agenda. But exposes (in pretty funny way) people who ride political agenda for profit

Great deal! Most of the people saying it is terrible don't seem to have seen it, according to Rotten Tomatoes and other reviews like youtube, everyone who has seen it has said that it was great, and played to full theaters who all seemed to enjoy it.
