Chashew fan and these are the best. You might be used to the fried cashews they sell everywhere, but these taste different.

Anything roasted will usually be fried. Look at the label, it will have some sort of oil. That's why dry roasted products will typically be oven roasted and more expensive.

Didn't know regular roast meant fried, but dry roasted at trader Joe's is much crunchier than their regular roast
