I'm a professional photographer and have done hundreds of prints at Walgreens over the past decade across 8 different locations.

Not one single time have I had a "low resolution" issue with the printing if I've selected the "fiull resolution" option AND I uploaded a resolution that matched that of the print I'm selecting.

I have complained about color science used, paper quality, ink quality but the resolution they use on their machines match the expectation on the input everytime.

Did you make sure you had 8x10 selected? It defaults to 4x6.

Every pic I ever choose is low resolution on walgreens. I am greatly it's free. I wouldn't pay for their photos. Thank you for posting.

Do you change the upload resolution? There is a setting when you are uploading to select quality. Not sure if that would fix it for you or not.
