There is. You just can't use instacart. I learned this the hard way. When you get the gift cards, do not add them to your instacart account. Use sameday.costco.com, when you go to check out, apply the $25 coupon, then say pay with instacart gc and enter the GC#.

See the "How to redeem" section. Its dumb that the system between sameday and instacart cant share the gc balance, or that the promo code only works on sameday, even though both use instacart. I haven't checked this, but apparently using sameday sometimes offers lower prices than shopping costco via the instacart app.

If you use the 20% of gift cards + coupon it's close when you factor tip. (And time saved + gas) Especially if you are getting heavy items like drinks.

It was delicious, first time making a brisket. 2.5lb brisket flat, all I did was cut an onion, put on bottom, put seasoning rub all over brisket, set on onions, put some bbq sauce on it. Slow cook 10 hours. Was sliceable, not falling apart mush, and was delicious. Made sandwiches later after and I felt it was even better after refrigeration.

Now I feel confident looking for brisket flats on sale periodically. Always avoided bc didn't have slow cooker.

Also, people if anyone wants one, I read people say the ninja food possible is bad at slow cooking. I used temperature probe, and it was normal temps as I guess crockpot at any given time.

Very easy clean up too. Took 1 minute, and the aluminum bowl isn't super heavy unlike crock pot

Highly recommend started cooking at 6am done before work

Just to understand this correct. If I have the instacart gift card from Costco, and use this sameday deal and use the gift card, add $125 worth of items, and use the instacart gift card, it effectively brings the cost of the order to $80 (125 - 25 - 20(instacart gift card savings) ?

No . When you pay $80 to buy 100 Instacart credit . You just need to spend 100 credit at Costco same day then you will get 25 off 100
To make things better , you can also double dip your 2% reward since when you buy the giftcard you get 2%, and another 2% when Instacart shopper buys your same day items. Couple that with a 3-5% wholesale club credit card to buy the giftcard , and choose non urgent delivery for $2 less

Unless it's all non tax grocery /crv and 0 tip yes . 👍 since you can use up to 3 codes per account there's nothing wrong leaving a bit balance on sameday
