I've found that these work the best for me. Made of nylon and spandex, rather than poly. For some reason, sweating in polyester turns acidic and causes a rash. Maybe that's TMI of course, unless you have the same issue. And since I walk or run miles a day and lift more than a garbage truck, breaking out in hives(not to mention poly is pure bacterial growth), isn't an option.

Asking for estrogen when working out especially that area I guess if you wanted to transition.

Cotton as much as you can for bottoms. Top maybe span poly to show off but definitely not for sleeping.

Same! I tried these on a whim from Ross when I couldn't find my old favorites, and I haven't been able to find them in XL since. Picked up a few packs until I find something I like better.
