I am sorry I forgot to mention that you have to select the case of 6 variant and apply the DEAL30 on top (instead of adding 6 individual bags to cart). This will get you the advertised price in the deal, $57.40. This is the same for all of the products listed in the deal with the exception of the Classy Plus. I will fix that in description.

I don't know. I'm not a CPA so can't tell. I plan to reach out to my state tax office and send them my purchase invoice and the company response to see what they say .

It is a BS. Their answer was "if applicable".
There is no tax on food items. Sales tax is NOT applicable for food. Only prepared food at businesses like restaurants can be taxed.
Their e-commerce has no variable setup to identify and make correct calculations.
