This place is criminally underrated, IMHO. Everyone knows Subway sucks but places like Jersey Mike's, Jimmy John's, Potbelly, etc. have gained a reputation as being much better -- but I've had the best experience at Penn Station. Always clean stores, quality meats, and great bread for a reasonable price (esp. with coupons!)

This has to be the longest running, non-updated promotion in all of fast food. I remember doing this back in the mid 2000s, and it's the same visual effects and phrases, though they did downgrade the prizes a bit (at one point you could actually get free items with no purchase necessary, but they only allowed you to play once a day back then and every code was unique). Still, I like the BOGO and just playing the game is a nice reminder that it is fall and brings back memories of my younger days even though playing isn't necessary for the code anymore.

They did change things up this time. The last few years had the same reward url. This time they moved it off their www subdomain to the subs subdomain. Im sure its just about getting people in the door. I like their food but I usually only get it when they have one of these BOGO deals going.

They've also got a local promotion here (Louisville) on every Tuesday after the Cincinnati Bengals win a game where you can get buy one get one free on any same size or smaller (so if you get a large one, you can get another large one for free, which is slightly different than this one which only allows you to get a small one free).

Love the deal when it hits. This is the first time for this rewards page format. They simplified it.

yeah the franchises are very strict on who they take, honestly never seen any of them fail either unlike subways and jimmy johns who come and go when the seasons change!

about 6-7in. I can usually eat about 85% of a subway footlong for a meal, getting 2 smalls from penn-station is about the same amount of food but the quality is way better than subway.

I want one up in here in the Twin Cities so bad. Apparently we are just on the edge of their franchise area. They would make a killing up here.

When you haven't had a good Italian or cheese steak sub, this place always gets it right. It's how hot sub should taste
