Upon destroying my previous bed frame, I open the box and arrange the pieces to assemble. Step 1, missing a main piece.
I call Amazon and their ultimate resolution is that I should order another one and once I do that, pack everything up and take it to the ups store and then they'll refund me my extra purchase.
Did something change with Amazon's customer service? While pleasant, the only options were immediately return OR buy another one then they'd refund me when they wished.
Part of the value I always found with buying from Amazon was that they made things easy to remedy. This was no such case.
