Buy from Tire Rack. Install at Discount Tire.
They're owned by the same company now, but Tire Rack includes 2 year road hazard, full replacement rather than pro-rated. I've used it 4 times and it's relatively painless. Discount Tire's free road hazard is pro-rated, or you can buy certificates for full replacement.

Yeah I liked the tires I got but the service was like they didn't want to interact with another spoiled Costco shopper. Not the Costco I knew 20 years ago.

Tire prices are entirely dependent upon market location and tire brand/type-I have checked around to all tire online vendors and local/national brick and mortar stores and prices varying with tires purchase cost and road hazard.
