Word of caution, this is by far the worst company I've dealt with. Transferred from T-Mobile using their last promo for $15/mo per line. Promo pricing never applied. Filed FCC complaint. Their customer service is completely useless. I will be porting out all of my lines at a first chance I get.

I signed up on the 20th with a new temporary number just to try the service in my area for a few days. I ended up porting my number from At&t yesterday which required me calling in three separate times. With a little patience and understanding they eventually got it done. I signed up for the $55 plan with auto renew to my credit card as I don't need unlimited hotspots or D+. I only paid $25 to start and my renewal amount shows $25 next month. The service has been good thus far and I don't plan to have to deal with customer service often. This is just my experience so far and ymmv

is the $20 TW plan equivalent to the $25 plan at Visible? is it worth the trouble to save $5 a month?

You will have to contact CS and ask them to transfer you to the VAS/Refund team. They are the only ones that can fix D+ for you. You get 6 months on the T-5G plan.

The phone will unlock automatically in 60 days with just one month of paid service. Send a text to 611611 containing the word "Unlock" and it will give you the exact date of unlock if eligible.

It is $5 more if you don't activate auto-refill, plus 99 cents for any sims you order, hence the higher price initially at checkout. If you are presented with the auto-refill option at checkout, activate it and it should reflect the $5 discount.

You get 6 months of D+ with your plan, might as well take advantage of it or gift it to someone else.

Yes it's pretty much the same. I think visible has unlimited hotspot though, vs TW $20 has only 5gb.

It's up to you if you want to trade visible for TW. Both have terrible CS so you won't really miss much in that dept.

Doesn't TW have HIGHER data speed? Also I'm guessing it has higher priority vs Visible data?
