This is a barely acceptable deal if all the components perfectly fit your use cases, but it's nothing special. Most people would be far better off waiting for a better bundle deal, and if you live within range of a microcenter don't even consider this.

The 7700x (the slightly higher clocked version of the 7700, but without the included wraith prism cooler) goes for ~$210-$220 on sale, ~$200 would be a good price for the 7700 alone. The b650 gaming plus wifi board is an overall competent lower-midrange atx board, though it only has two m.2 slots and no pcie gen 5 support. Similar boards go for ~$140-$150 on a good sale. The 2tb m482 ssd is a dramless tlc drive using the phison e27t controller, it's currently on sale for $110 at multiple retailers, and is realistically worth around $100. The 240mm aio is probably worth around ~$80, though it's worth noting that certain brands (such as thermalright) sell relatively similarly performing aios at far cheaper prices (longevity and/or warranty support may be worse). Highly competent air coolers are far cheaper and will have better longevity and reliability, so aios aren't a good option to be paired with relatively low power cpus.

Pairing a 240mm aio with the r7 7700 doesn't make much sense considering the 7700 is a rather efficient cpu with a 65w tdp. So long as you won't be overclocking or using pbo, even the wraith prism cooler, which the 7700 comes paired with in it's box, should be grudgingly sufficient. If you want better cooling than the wraith prism offers, you could get a ~$35 air cooler like the thermalright phantom spirit (ps120se), and even that would frankly be overkill.

Various retailers (microcenter in particular, but also online retailers such as newegg) often offer far better value bundle deals than this one. For example, if you live within range of a microcenter, the 7700x + b650 mobo + 32gb ddr5 6000 ram bundle that rarely goes on sale at $350 is an inordinately better value than this "deal".

Ultimately, unless you have your heart set on this particular aio for use in a different system, have an immediate need for a decent 2tb ssd, and are looking to build a midrange am5 system right this instant, this just isn't a good deal.

Individually, these parts add up to $660 on PC parts picker.

I can piece these together for about $450. This... isn't much of a deal at all.
