How long generally does it take to get the codes?
Usually a few minutes, but I ordered 90 minutes ago, and I haven't received them.
Edit: I just saw on their website that codes ordered on Friday or the weekend could take up until Monday to be delivered.

Totally weird, the digital code orders don't get delivered via email, if ordered on Friday!
Waiting continues. Hope tomorrow they will "work" on this.
