For anyone googling and finds this thread - although it was labeled as a 'scratch and dent' purchase from Woot, I just received it, and the device was completely unopened in its original packaging. Pretty sweet deal if you ask me.

for me it was different ..received one in the original packaging but the tablet was all scratched. planning to return it. Frown
