Don't worry, I did the work. Lowes has the energy guide provided (for most models from what I reviewed) so this is pretty easy. I'll limit my research to models in this size and I picked a cheap brand and a 'name' brand that seems to be midpoint, and a few high priced ones (with ENERGYGUIDE provided):

Lets take the biggest difference (218-196kWh) of 22kWh, and the larger difference in the ENERGYGUIDE labels of cost at 14 cents per kWh, and the current price of $109 for the Midea vs $405 of the Black and Decker with $296 to make up in electricity; it would take over 96 years of ownership
It would probably be great for an off-grid tiny home or an RV as long as your arms are long enough

How often do you need to Defrost, and how much of a process is it? Thinking of putting it at my work desk.. break room fridge not a good place to keep stuff for long!

If you're using it as a fridge, this won't be a concern.

Manual defrost fridges maintain and hold a lower temperature, which makes them better for long term storage and reduces occasions of freezer burn.
I defrost mine every 3-4 years depending on frost build-up. Plan ahead and use up the items or move them to your regular freezer. Then unplug, let everything melt and then drain through the removable plug located somewhere at the bottom of the unit. Dry the inside with a towel and then close the door and plug it back in and you should be good for another 4 years or more if you don't open it often.
Check the energy guide for comparison
Might end up costing more long term depending on electricity rates
