I would suggest using their online portal and not their phone support. Very courteous but after buying these going on 10 years, sometimes they lose the plot.
I'll very explicitly say I want to add the air time to an existing account with TF and keep my number and add on to my existing time. They'll confirm by saying yes. Then might ask me a minute later what area code I want for my new number. Haven't had that experience with doing it via chat.

Of all the burner phones I bought from these deals, TCL has the best build quality, with larger battery and USB-C charging port. Orbic has a smaller battery and micro-USB port which I dislike. Nokia has USB-C charging port as well, but the dead battery makes me wary. Not sure about the BLU phone.
