too much junk in the house.
Where's the cheap butter though? It's the holidays.
How do you plan a future of your buisness or your family if a dollar is loosing value every day.
If Irans oil field go up in smoke, these will seem like the good ole days..
A 65 inch tv today might be something I want, but I can do without it if it means a larger debt load. Every penny saved counts if you are financing a want, not a need.
SD is hard on my impulse buying.. I must resist this year and I am sure I am not the only one.

Aldi Useualy has butter for the same $3 to $3.50 range and simular prices on the other stuff.
Finaly Walmart normaly has a "great value" 2 pound pack for 6 to 7 bucks. I would assume it is nation wide. I shopped on line a lot at wally mart during covid. $35 min and they will bring it out to your car seemeed like a duh! deal then..
I feel like the era of competing for consumers is over. Companies now know the American consumer will buy no matter what and keep buying no matter what, esp when unemployment is low.
They price gauge, collude, exploit workers, and reduce quality of goods.
