I rarely eat it nowadays... but if I do, it requires a coupon otherwise I can't justify the high cost for the low quality

Like so many places and menu items. I used to really, really enjoy the Arby's Chicken Bacon club around 30 years ago, with a honey mustard sauce. At least that's the name I recall and the flavor of the sauce. I had an item or two like that at many of the fast food places, back when I was in my 20s and eating quickly between jobs or whatever else at the moment.

Classic chicken sandwich has 28 grams of protein.
10 piece nuggets has 25 grams of protein.
Divide protein by price for both options and choose the one with the highest number.

The Asiago doesn't taste good, wouldn't recommend. Go with the nuggets imo. Sandwich feels small.
