I would like the ECG feature so I've ruled out the SE.
The cellular versions don't seem to go on sale as easily as the GPS only versions from memory.
Last year, Apple's Black Friday deal was $50 Apple GC with any Series 9 purchase. So, depending on personal spending pattern, that may be better than $30 off retail price if Apple does the same thing this year (with Series 10).

To me, mainly for the thinness the S10 would maybe be worth up to a $100 difference, not more than that. But can also easily see passing for that amount. It's for sure worth at least $50 to me
