I have this keyboard. It feels great, but the Fn key placement in the corner is moronic and there's no way to remap it. As much as I like ThinkPad keyboards, I ended up retiring this one in favor of an HP 975 (no built-in trackpoint, admittedly).

I swap the Option and Command keys there so it's closer to what the MacBook keyboard layout. Function key is at the bottom left corner which is the same as MacBook, so it's fine if cannot be remapped (there's a way to remap it in the wired version).

By default, if you hold down the middle button to initiate scrolling while the mouse pointer is over a link in a browser, a new tab is opened. If not, then it scrolls as expected. For iTerm2, if the clipboard aka pasteboard is not blank, hold down the middle button will paste the content. Both of these could be worked around, or software solution exists, both paid and free. I don't have recommendations since I don't use them.

I hate the keyboard on my work Thinkpad, especially the stupid Fn/Ctl placement.
Flat keys, with poor feel.
Logi full key keeps me sane.
