Picked one up at Los Angeles location. I have bought from this location before at opening hours, but I have never seen it this crowded. A lot of people were just there to pick up the free dozen thou.

I got this either last year or 2 years ago. Back then I was in/out in less than 30 second. Not this time. Very long line this morning at 7 am, about 20 to 30 people stretching out to the outside of the store. Bummer.

Great info, but this doesn't answer the question, especially if each person gets more than 44 donuts. J/k, j/k.

Anyways, 500x12 is 6,000 donuts given away which is less than 30% of the average donuts made in the day according to the fact shared.

Also, to put things into perspective, assuming the average customer is getting a dozen donuts, that means the average store is serving over 1,800 customers per day.

SUPER efficient at my store in North Seattle
Walked in and there was a line for paying customers or World Kindness customers.
Walked down the second line, and they said "Here's your free dozen and also, here's another cream filled"
Literally took me longer to write this post (in the parking lot!) then the process took

I showed up to mine this morning around 7am. Parking lot had 2 cars in it also picking up the free dozen. They had atleast a 100 dozen on various racks ready to go, like a grab and go situation. In and out in 10 seconds. I asked how many they were at and she wasn't allowed to say but my guess is they hadn't even cracked 50 people. I'm sure it will vary by location.

went to my local amazon fresh store to make a return, theres a Krispy Kreme inside-the line for donuts was about 30 mins. 1 person working,

I saw this article this morning at 5:30AM, at 6:15 I called my store 3 times 10-15 min apart and they never answered. They open at 6AM so I didn't end up going over there to see if they're participating. I called just now a few times and they still won't answer.
