Just bought this along with 3 sets of 45lb plates. All the weights were within 1-1.5% of each other (awesome), though about 1.5% lighter than stamped weight (not much concern to me) NOTE: you can cancel certain weight sets (35lb plates for example) prior to them shipping and get refunded for them while still getting the other weights at the bundle discount price.

Based on the some review the plates are not the same as the picture in the description. Can anyone confirm? Also these are not rubber plates right?

Still waiting on mine. They were supposed to be delivered yesterday but then the tracking info just got all screwy between all 3 deliveries. One of the 3 says its out for delivery now, hopefully the others come. Anyway the deal was out but it came back up.

The plates are the exact ones shown in the pictures. The reviews seem to be combined with reviews for different plates as well as barbells, so I wouldn't rely on those. Amazon does the same thing with many listings and it's very frustrating. Anyway I like these plates so much I have been purchasing multiple sets since this was posted and I think I'll get one more to make it 6 sets total so I don't regret it later when I get my leg press. It's the best deal I've seen in a very long time for cast iron plates. The handles are a big bonus too.

It's a rough textured finish, powder coat if i had to guess. been using them all year and the finish still looks new.
