I've unsubscribed from the chanel. After his apple interview, I already didn't find worthwhile watching his stuff. The DJI 10 mins advertising with him speeding 95mph on a back road was enough for me. Quite a few YouTube channels I've stopped. Among the OG tech tubers, Ive kept LTT and Nexus. The rest are pompous with no purpose

Yes, the only one that's up to almost 60ft and if needed more, you can buy enclosure to extend it to almost 100ft.

IMO the 4 is still just as good as the 5 right now and both are top of the line when it comes to action cams.

So unless you know you want the 5 Pro for some very specific reason this is the one I would get. Id be more than happy with 3 of the 4's and the 4's fit in my cages better than the 5.

Some of my cages are just too tight of a fit on the 5.
would you say even for indoor/low light condition the 2 are comparable in video quality? i thought action 5 had the upper hand there

Anyone who peddles ridge wallets is unsub. JerryRig is the only exception, for now.

I bought the 5 adventure bundle like new from best buy a couple weeks ago for 359 without bundle, the like new costs 261 I think. Not a sale, just typical used item prices. I ended up not opening it and just returned it because I found it hard to justify the price with my current budget, but I really wanted to keep it. BTW, I've heard the 5 has too much blown out highlights cause of the hdr.

I use the action camera like a pocket camera or camcorder. I'm not an action guy. Only advantage my older cameras have is superior optical zoom.

2.7k60p is the max recording without overheating, meaning until battery runs out. 2.7k120p, 4k60p, or higher, oh yeah, even 1080:120p, all overheat in about 30 minutes. Unless the camera is moving around, like when its actually used in activity. 1080, maybe lasted about 40 minutes.
