Yep was charged tax in PA and I don't think they have any store here either. Hoping it goes through as I am doubtful any deal this low would come for this model during holidays.

It's not. The same thing happened with a guy on Reddit. He went to buy the LG G3 65" from BrandsMart, and he received the same notification. He was then offered the LG G4 65" for $1099.99.

You can try to get similar deals on older OLEDs. I'd jump on this deal to replace my S95B 65", but dealing with Facebook Marketplace can be a chore.
