I like this monitor a lot. HDR seems like a struggle but that seems to be a Windows issue. Came looking essentially brand new although some tiny markings on the base but not the monitor itself.

What do you mean? It's only the price of a 2000 Accord in 2019 🤣I fixed it now though lol

I turned HDR off for windows but I turn it on for games. Windows definitely handles it horribly
It should work fine. It outputs 1440p 120hz via HDMI 2.0
In my situation I'm using an HDMI kvm switch on a bunch of laptops that only have HDMI ports in some cases but I've found HDMI 2.1 might run at 120-144hz so that's what I'm shooting for. It also wouldn't break my heart if I could just easily switch over (through kvm?) to a home PC that would run on DisplayPort without having to fumble with the monitor input

No problem! Likewise
Hmm try to set the video and fidelity under the xbox settings to 8-bit and then try it
I can't speak for the quality of Acer refurbs, but I have purchased three Acer monitors over the past decade and never had one go bad.
EDIT: the price dropped to $103 I think!

Per research on the model number at Acer's website, HDMI is 144hz and DisplayPort is 165hz.
As for the 180hz? That's a big fat LOL. Buyer beware.
