If you are talking about the dock for the OG q revo, I just went through the leaking issue after using it daily for the last year.

I fixed it by running citric acid dissolved in water and running 5 wash cycles, then one more with just regular water.

Did it a few weeks ago and it fixed it for now. Supposedly the issue is because hard water buildup.

Did you follow a guide to fix the leaking in the q revo Tower? I'm trying to figure out how much citric acid to use.

Weird, I just tried submitting a request for my S7 and it says I'm not eligible but as a goodwill gesture they sent me a $70 coupon. But then it says something about shipping the old unit back still.... confused as to what I'm supposed to do with that.

Thanks, spent some time watching the vacuum wars channel and I think I'll go with the Costco one for the added warranty & accessories over the amazon version (I"m upgrading from an Roomba i3 so should be a major upgrade regardless of amazon vs costco)
