In the past year, they closed a location near my home in SoCal. Had to drive 5 miles to nearest location. Even on Friday night, not many people in the restaurant. Thinking this chain is going bankrupt soon.

In NJ, I have found it busy on weekends. Always a wait of atleast 20 mins. But almost 25% of the tables are cordoned off as unavailable during each visit of mine 'because there is a shortage of wait staff today'. I won't call that well managed.

Idk about everyone, but this is one of my favorite restaurants. They have this sale every year around this price. With the gc and their cpk rewards program, you have a pretty decent deal for great comfort food.

Personally I usually go into Costco to buy their physical gc than buying these egc it's less hassle for their staff to swipe physical cards vs enter in the egc codes.

We went to 2 SoCal Costco stores today. No CPK GCs there. Frown

I would like the physical GCs for gifting.
