Much much newer processor… yet literally just one year newer. The a difference is not anywhere near as drastic as you make it seem. There is literally zero reason to upgrade from a gen1 to a gen2. The screen is already bright enough on gen1 and the processor is more than capable. Also the cellular connectivity remained the same so zero upgrade there.

Much much newer processor, built in siri vs needing to have connected to use Siri, better battery life, increased screen brightness to name a few off the top of my head. I bought the ultra 2 for under 500 from amazon refurbished. I sold my ultra gen 1 for nearly the same price. Had my ultra 2 for about a year now, it was worth the price difference to me after owning both.

Apple haters can't tell you the difference because they sure havent owned both let alone a gen 1.

Point they were making is that the Ultra 2 has been at this price point before. Just wait it out.

Why would you pay for a Gen 1 when you can get a Gen 2 for the same or close to the same price.

Yes. Was waiting for my new iPhone to arrive. I can report that the battery health on the watch I received is 99%. That's great. Even if it were lower, the battery will last a lot longer than a series 10.

I received mine has 99% battery health left impeccable condition. Woot has been great with long warranties like this 1 year one so It's still "worth" the $425 with the taxes or you can try and hope the Ultra 2 will be $400 but I don't see any company showing they're going to have it for less than $549 on sale soo the choice is yours.

My brother has an Ultra 2 and said there's no noticeable difference with the 2 over his Ultra and regrets spending so much more for the 2 and would've kept the 1st gen Ultra if he hadn't sold his Ultra to buy the 2nd gen.

I got my yesterday. It was dead on arrival and with generic USB A charge it took 10-15 mins boot up. Battery health is 100% but when I am checking warranty with serial number on apple website it is saying Purchase Date Not Validated.

I found this fishy. I am on call with apple support to check on this error.

I got mine today with a usb c charger and battery capacity at 100%. This condition looks new I can't find any dirt or scratches. The Alpine band appears to be new. No Spo2 it's a lwa model.

Got mine yesterday with the orange band, battery capacity is 99% and I don't know if the orange band is oem or not but it feels nice.

Ultra 2 dropped to $719. Still, I can't tell the difference other than $319.

With this refurbs, if anything happens with the watch, who do you contact for support? Apple or Woot?
