Can you share the Kohls coupon code or is it an individual coupon?

I took a look and totally see that it is only 3 ply on the bottom. Stay away from these stainless steel products. You want 3 ply minimum fully encapsulated. The bottom of this will get hot, but the sides will not. That means if any food gets close to the edge, it's not as hot as the center. Without even heating, it's hard to cook consistently. For the pots, this means the food will need to get hot from the bottom to the top. As it gets hot, the top part will lose heat to the walls of the pot. So the food is actually heating the sides of the pot. So when things just are not quite right, and cooking times are longer with a lot of stirring to distribute heat evenly, that's why.

They will work, but they will make you hate cooking with stainless steel and go right back to harmful non-stick stuff that does not last.

If you are looking for a good budget 3 ply stainless steel, buy the Target brand figment stuff. They are fine to learn on and can cook very well without sticking or burning once you get used to them. The set is twice this price, but it is completely worth it.
