Avoid buying IC gcs altogether. They lock ur account and withold the gift card. Good luck getting ur money back. Been fighting them for months

I bought 2 gift cards 20 days ago from a similar deal via Newegg and had 0 issues maybe it's uncommon situation the one you're having

I've been using IC GC's from Costco for months. Haven't had any issues. Although I use only one at a time. Perhaps they don't let you use multiple cards?

Same here (no issues), but I've only been pre-loading them in my account to $300-$400 max, given some of the experiences others have been sharing
