Sure is tempting at this price to go from a 65in to 98in but worried about quality drop off going from OLED to this.

Huge drop off. You'd have to go with something like QM8 to get close. Or at least the QM7. Unless you are watching sports in a lit room and always sitting straight on....then it probably doesn't matter.

It's mostly sports and movies. It's in a living room with a 7ft wide bay window that has some curtains and sheers but still a bright room during the day. I sit about 10ft away but the house is open floor plan so viewing angle could be an issue if I am trying to pay attention to something from another room but at that point is color degradation really a big deal?
